Due to the nature of our products, we have a no return policy. Crystals are one of a kind and may differ in colour and size than the pictures shown.
Damaged Items (if applicable)
We only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged at the discretion of our staff. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Please send us your information and a picture of the item you would like exchanged for the same item to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then a replacement will be processed and shipped to you. If a replacement is not available, we will issue you a gift certificate of the same amount as your item to be used on another product from our online store.
